Laura Dunaway

Laura Dunaway believes that the strongest artistic careers are built through authentic relationships. Her work is rooted in thoughtful collaboration, building enduring relationships with artists and presenters while identifying opportunities that foster creative growth and long-term career success.

Prior to joining Arabella Arts, Laura founded Innovative Performing Artists, where she collaborated with internationally recognized soloists, ensembles, and artist management companies to develop touring and engagement strategies tailored to each artist's unique career. Her career has also included roles with MKI Artists, Park Avenue Artists, United Talent Agency, Alliance Artist Management, Vantage Artists Management, ICM Artists, and the Business Committee for the Arts.

A percussionist by training, Laura earned a master's degree from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Miami. She brings to Arabella a collaborative, relationship-centered approach and a deep commitment to connecting artists with presenters in ways that inspire audiences and strengthen the performing arts community. Combining an artist's perspective with a strategic understanding of today's performing arts landscape, Laura brings creativity, empathy, and insight to every relationship she cultivates.
